It’s sustainable footwear for me this summer. I’ll keep on floppin’ with Splaff Flops.
SPLAFF has been making eco-friendly products and only eco-friendly products since 1997. Our products are carefully handcrafted in North America in a 100% waste-free, earth-friendly process in which all leftover materials are either reused or recycled.
I reviewed the Lazy Boy
in women’s natural. They have an authentic, recycled, race car tire sole and recycled bicycle inner tube straps lined with natural hemp fabric. The foot bed is also hemp covered and made from 100% recycled rubber and foam. I’ve proudly worn my Splaff Lazy Boy Flops at the beach and in general trekking around and they are comfortable. Being well-made, I look forward to many adventures in my Earth kind sandals.
I was curious about the Splaff name. I asked and this is the answer:
“The word Splaff is an Onomatopoeia for the sound that sandals make. Just like a bee BUZZES a sandal SPLAFFS. Though you won’t find this in a dictionary now…It will be there one day…just you wait and see.”
I’d like to thank Cliff Drill, Splaff owner, for sending me the Lazy Boy Flops to review.
I received them to help facilitate the writing of an honest review. A positive review is not guaranteed, and all opinions are my own. No other compensation was received.
