With Tomato & Red Onion
Combine about a 1/4 cup Red Wine Vinegar, 1 Tablespoon Sugar, some garlic powder, salt and black pepper. Add to one thinly sliced Cucumber, some diced Tomato, and some sliced Red Onion. Chill for a few hours. Can be kept in refrigerator for 2 to 3 days.
Really great with grilled fish.
