What the heck is a wool dryer ball?
A wool dryer ball is a felted ball of wool that you use in your clothes dryer to help separate your clothes. Having several in your dryer creates a constant motion that allows for more air to circulate around your wet laundry so your clothes will dry faster. The more dryer balls you use, the less time it takes to dry a load and you can reduce your dry time by 10 –25%. Wool dryer balls are absolutely ideal for any and all laundry, both personal and business, and are an essential asset to help reduce dry time, conserve energy and save you money.
– help reduce static – wool fibers can absorb static cling
– naturally soften clothes – friction of the balls against the fabric
– makes clothes fresher and smell cleaner – since wool has the ability to absorb toxins and odors
With a working-life of years, it makes a reasonable and smart investment. I’ve used mine every time I do laundry (every day!) for a couple of months without noticing any difference/wear to them. What I notice is that my clothes dry faster, so I save energy and money. They keep my clothes separated so that they come out with less wrinkles, too. Available in a 3-pack, 5-pack, or 9 pack of assorted colors, they are an incredible all-natural, Earth friendly laundry product. Pretty, soft, and fun for those who can juggle. (Jesse)

Read about why Cyndi created LooHoo wool dryer balls here. Cyndi shared with me the reason behind the name LooHoo.
LooHoo was a nickname. I think any person named Cyndi at one point or another was called Cyndi-loo-hoo, from the Grinch book. My sister’s suggested it and I like how funny and memorable the name is.
