Cats Sleep Anywhere
Cats sleep anywhere, any table, any chair
Top of piano, window-ledge, in the middle, on the edge.
Open drawer, empty shoe, anybody’s lap will do.
Fitted in a cardboard box, in the cupboard with your frocks.
Anywhere! They don’t care! Cats sleep anywhere.

“Hallo, Rabbit,” he said, “Is that you?”
“Let’s pretend it isn’t,” said Rabbit, “and see what happens.” -A.A. Milne
I’ll pretend I don’t see that you are sticking your tongue out at me.

This was taken several years ago with a 35 mm camera.
Being a scanned photo, the image isn’t super sharp but I thought it would make a nice post for today.
My poor camera met its fate in the Caribbean on a following trip. 😦
Our past doesn’t always look sharp, either. Although we aren’t perfect, God is still faithful to us and He offers an astonishing promise to forget about the past.
English Standard Version (ESV)
18 “Remember not the former things,
nor consider the things of old.
19 Behold, I am doing a new thing;
now it springs forth, do you not perceive it?
I will make a way in the wilderness
and rivers in the desert.
